We work hard to describe gear accurately — specs, sizes, and photos reflect the products we ship. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Product dimensions and weights are measured by us or supplied by the manufacturer and may vary marginally between production batches.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we accept the major cards shown at checkout. We never store your card details. Prices and availability can change without notice; an order is binding once you receive our order confirmation email.
Not right for you? Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Contact us first at support@survivalarsenal.com (or via the contact page) so we can issue return instructions. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are replaced or refunded at our cost.
Every product carries our warranty against manufacturing defects. If gear fails early under normal use, describe what happened (photos help) and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Our 30-day guarantee and warranty obligations apply in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Reviews and ratings shown on product pages are collected from verified buyers of the same products through our supplier network, and are translated to English where needed. We do not fabricate, edit, or remove reviews to distort ratings; ratings reflect all recorded buyer feedback.
Don't misuse the site: no scraping for resale, no fraudulent orders, no attempts to disrupt the service. We rate-limit form submissions and may refuse service for abuse.
Survival gear can be dangerous if misused. Products are sold for lawful purposes only; follow all included instructions and local laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are handled in the courts of the seller's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
